A cozy stay with friendly service
The breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, a lovely surprise to start our day.
Our room, while clean, was a bit small and had some traffic noise from outside. It wasn't a major issue, but it did detract from the overall ambiance.

Nice place to stay in Chester, if compared to other hotels. Generally, liked this well-run and great accommodation with excellent staff at check-out. The location was good, within a close distance from Walls of Chester. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. ...

free car park, close to city centre, haunted pub atmosphere
The decor is desperately outdated with peeling wallpaper and worn carpets!!! The family room feels dreary and uninviting, not a space to relax in!!!

Had a blast unwinding in the cozy lounge with a warm drink after exploring the area! The spa and pool offered some perfect spots to relax and recharge. One minor hiccup was the limited breakfast options, but overall, I enjoyed my stay! 😊

Decent stay with some hiccups
The location is sweet, just a short walk to the city center, and the free parking was a major plus. I had a family room which was a bit cramped and kinda needed a clean. The food was okay, but a bit slow coming out. Could've been better overall.

The pub's vintage charm with quirky decor was good. The easy access to the city center meant I could enjoy leisurely strolls without feeling rushed or tired.
Would appreciate better controls for room temperature.
